Order Processing

• Your order will be confirmed through email within 24 hours of placing the order. 
• All orders are processed and shipped on the next business day following order confirmation.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the size of the order. The applicable shipping fee will be directly given in the customers invoice. 

Order Cancellation and Refund 

If you wish to cancel your order, please email shalini@glenburnteadirect.com at the earliest.

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch and will be fully refunded.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
